Box closes itself on sending in form

  • Hi, I’m super happy with the CTA I was able to add to our website, the box I created contains a sign-up form. However when I tested it I found that when you hit send, the box closes automatically. So people would have to reopen the box to either see the confirmation message or to find out their information is not yet complete. Is there any way to fix that?
