Box "A confirmation email has been submitted." Does Not Close?

    In Subscribe2->Settings under the Appearance tab uncheck the box where it says “Enable AJAX style subscription form?”. You don’t need that checked for the way you have deployed the widget, this will also stop that modal dialog box floating over your page.
