    In a mailing list of hundreds of users, I have 4 email addresses that keep being bounced. The addresses are 100% correct and I can email the users directly from Outlook with my email account (same domain).

    I have removed the users from the bounce list and tried some test news letters but they keep failing. The users will just show up on the bounce list again.

    The bounced users use @hotmail.com, @yahoo.co.uk and @msn.com. We also have other users using these domains and they have no issues receiving our newsletters.

    The users are all paid members of a paid website and are actually complaining for not receiving our newsletters.

    How do I fix this? Help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    What likely happened is that these address bounced once and were added to our known bounce list. When that happens, removing them from the bounce list at the user level is not enough.

    We also need to remove these addresses from the bounce list on our system.
