bouncer.pid keeps getting added

    It’s possible. But maybe it could be this? I think you should check with your web host.

    Yeah, most likely it is. The point is it gets added again. The host could not offer any other advice apart from checking with Wordfence and changing passwords for users/FTP/Cpanel which was already done.

    I found other software that uses that filename when I googled a bit on it. It’s not necessarily a hack it could be something that is installed by some server software on your host. I’m afraid nobody is really going to be able to answer whether it belongs there and how it got there except your host.
