Bounce when scrolling to view text

  • Good Day
    I have just installed this plug and all works except for one thing.
    When I click on a TAB the page scrolls up to view the TAB text from the top. This is all very well except that it bounces 2 or 3 times when reaching the top. In addition to this the top tab disappears partially behind the logo.
    What can I do to fix this, I am using the Divi Theme and have the latest version of WordPress.
