Bounce rate increase after update plugin February 13, Image lazy load

  • After update plugin on February 13, Bounce rate of my blog, increase. This problem caused by Image loading slow, not the same time with article.

    I have many images so bounce rate increase

    How to manage so image load at the same time with article?

    Before February 13, Bounce rate 1,3 %
    After update plugin, bounce rate 75 % above

    Image lazy load only on amp page

    Please provide Enable or Disable option for lazy load on amp page.

    So far, amp page load quickly and images load same time with article.

    By default Image lazy load is working on AMP. Can you please tell me why did you think that the bounce rate increases due to images?

    Bounce rate increase due to images load too late, not the same time as article.

    Before, bounce rate about 1 %, I often open article and image load the same time as article.

    After bounce rate increase to 60 – 70%, I see image load too late, not the same time with article.

    I had the same exact issue. I had a 60% bounce rate and on February 13th it sky rocketed to 90%.

    did you figure out how to fix this? my website https://www.fitfabfodmap.com is having the same issues.
