• I’m using both the “Bought Together” and Polylang plugins to support multiple languages on the site. However, the “Bought Together” items aren’t switching languages when I change the site’s language. Could you advise on why this might be happening and suggest a solution?

    Hi @abdusalamk ,

FYI, there are some manual works users need to do for the Bought Together items to be ready in different languages:

    • Make sure the translated version of products in the target language connect to its original product on the single product page.
    • Edit the Bought Together tab in both the original and translated main product page.
    • Re-add the translated version of Bought Together items to the translated version of the main Bought Together product again as if you are creating Bought Together offers in the source language.

This is because our plugin can’t determine which translated products are part of which translated Bought Together offer automatically, so users need to re-create the translated BT offer with translated extra products again.

    Best regards.

    Hi @abdusalamk ,

If it doesn’t work, then I can only say that the original product and their translated version are not properly connected through the multi-language plugin.

Have you tried WPML? Manye of our users reported that they could follow the above instructions and make it work properly.

    Best regards.
