Bought the professional package and never got it

Hello,
I recently bought the professional package about a month ago at this point. (I currently have plugin and the compliment). They never sent me an email or updated my account for me to download the professional add on and my client is asking where the rest of his booking application is. I have a receipt and can verify that I bought it. I have submitted multiple tickets to them and have still heard nothing back over the past few weeks if anyone can help please advise on how to get a refund or what I paid for.
