Bought the Pro Version, can’t get support on the website

I sent a support ticket on the https://themeansar.ticksy.com website, but have received no response

all I want to know is how to turn the sidebars on for store pages so that I can have sorting widgets show in the sidebar. Again, I have purchased the pro version of the template already
