Bought pro, then uninstalled now I can't use pro

    I bought WPCCP Pro, installed, then changed my mind about using it right now while I have a theme upgrade. I deleted the plugin. Now I have 2 problems.

    1) I can’t get PRO back so I can’t make admin exempt. I am in the midst of a redesign and W3total cache team has been hired to work on my site to address speed issues after the theme design.

    2) i am getting this error:
    Recently an error occurred while creating the CSS / JS minify cache: File “/home1/marilyt3/public_html/wp-content/plugins/WPCCP61114UNCOMPRESSEDSSU/inc/layr.js” doesn’t exist.

    I would just like to get the error fixed, then later in time add back pro. Thx
