    Hello.

    I saw the popup relating to the staff and client profile pages available through the professional version. I paid for the new version (previously on the personal package) and I am not sure what to do now? Nothing has changed, I have been told I will receive an email about downloading the pro version and nothing has come through yet since Saturday. I have contacted customer support too with no answer.

    I mean come on, if these things are going to take 3-4 days to process please let the customer know that. I have been waiting to make use of the addons available through the professional version but cannot do so until someone replies to the support request or I receive an email?

    Please let me know what to do next.

    We’ve replied to your ticket what was opened yesterday.

    We’re sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced, we’re not allowed to offer support for the pro version on WordPress forums. I’m sure that one of the team members will take care of your issue immediately.

    Hello.

    You said you would look into it in your email, whats the next step when purchasing the pro package? I already have the personal package installed, its 4 days now since I paid and I am waiting to use the pro features.
