Bought Premium and Grid View doesn’t work

Hi, been using the free version for a while and was impressed so upgraded to premium to have a larger and animated grid. Unfortunately the grid view doesn’t work at all in my version of premium, it loads but doesn’t show the images, rather coloured squares, as in screenshot:

V. disappointing that i have to go back to the free version on my live site, where the image quality is not that good.
Any suggestion? If not, then a refund please…
