Bought for 1 year. But still free options.

    i bought an update for 1 year. Unfortunately, the plugin cannot be synchronized. It always says: Error: Website plan does not allow to use statistics. Please, upgrade your website to PRO or higher plan to get access to statistics.

    I also confirmed the email address at 2checkout.
    I have already written an email, but unfortunately received no answer.

    What am I doing wrong? Best regards

    Hello!

    The message you mentioned is showing because you using a “PLUS” plan and you need to have at least “PRO” to be able to observe the statistics. We replied to your ticket.

    Hi, thanks for the reply. I can’t use the plus options either. do not have 10 buttons and can not deactivate the tooltips as it is there in the plus description:

    – 10 buttons per side
    – Hide release buttons in the popup

    and I don’t have these options. For me, everything is free options. But we are now writing by email. Anyway, thanks for the answer here. ??
