    To move Go To Top to left you need to add custom CSS:
    First Go to Admin Panel -> Appearance -> Customize -> Themes Options -> Advanced Options.
    Here you will see a box to write Custom CSS:
    Add below CSS there.

    a.scrollup{
     left: 50px;
}

    Hope this will solve your issue.
