Bottom of Sub Menu dissappears

  • Hello all, need some help with my home page main menu. carzan.ca is the website. On the home page you hover over OUR CATTLE and a sub menu drops down. The bottom of the sub menu disappears, but when you are on any of the pages and hover over OUR CATTLE it displays fine. I moved the menu up a ways thinking it was to close to the bottom of the screen and it still does it. Do I have to increase the height of the menu or something? I cant seem to find anything that works.

    That is a very interesting problem. I was wondering what theme you are using to see if I can recreate the error on a test site.

    Custom theme from theme monster

    Hi again!

    If you purchased a custom theme then I would contact them for assistance.

    I couldn’t find a “theme monster” but I did find a “Monster Themes” and here is the link to their support site.

    Ya the company has been zero help. Template Monster is who it was from. Custom site I dealt with templatetuning.com. Might as well beat me head against a wall for any kind of support

    I am sorry that you have not had any support from templatetuning.

    I have worked with some of the Template Monster products and I know that they use cherry framework. It can be very confusing.

    Have you tried contacting Template Monster? I’ve chatted with their team before and they were very happy to help.
