Bottom menu bar color

Hi..

Please go to Admin Dashboard > Appearance >> Customize >> Design & Layout >> Custom Css.
Now copy below css code into Custom CSS Editor. it will change background color to blue.

#site-navigation{
   background: #1236ea;
}
