    Please, temporarily enable the thumbnail bar for us to check. Right now we are not able to see the issue.

    Dear @jakelovelock,

    Most likely it is a code conflict with other plugins or theme. Please, find the one that is causing the conflict by deactivating plugins and changing the theme.
    After you find it, let us know to test it and help you with fixing it.
