Botiga themed site’s buttons suddenly stopped working on mobile!

  • Hey,

    I’m using botiga theme on one of my e-commerce sites. It was working fine until recently and suddenly the buttons on the home page stopped working/ not responding on mobile. Desktop working just fine. This issue is only on mobile. Don’t know what to do. Please help.

    one more thing I have noticed that, it’s maybe not the button, button will work if we scroll the it up and click. But when the button is in the bottom half of the screen it does not work. And this affect not only the home screen other pages as well.

    Thanks for the details.

    It seems the extra plugin you are using for Cookie Consent it’s causing that issue. As you can see in this screenshot, the plugin is adding a invisible element which it’s over the half to bottom in the page, which makes any other element unclickable in that area: https://snipboard.io/d4GAI2.jpg

    For some reason the Cookie Consent content isn’t rendering. Our suggestion in this case is contact the author from that plugin.

    it worked, i double checked the site after deactivating the Cookie Plugin. then the buttons started working. so, i assumed the problem is with the cache settings. i used a preset option. without manually tweaking the options and tried and it worked. now cookie banner is loading on mobile.
