• It is a beautiful job you guys have done here, and I wish I could replicate by using the demo content and work from there. When I start to initiate the Starter site to import everything, it cuts off at 43% and says contact support.

    Checked server side, unremarkable.

    Any ideas?

    I attempted to import the demo with my test site and I can confirm that there is no issue with it.

    Perhaps you were having server side issue there. Could you confirm whether you have enough space?

    I have the same problem, it stop and prints an error msg at 43%. Totally agree with TS, I would love to be able to use the Starter site. Really hope there is a solution to this problem ??

    Turned off ad blocker and vpn, now it works ??
