    Hello and thank you,
I have both single ads showing and group ads at the same time on post.
I created 2 ads to show at the bottom of the post, which they do. However the group random ads show up as well in the same post at the same time.

How can I have the group random ads show only in the post and not both?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi emarrufo,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I am not sure about your ad setup. On the page mentioned above, I can see three ads: 1x Imtrainingvideos, 2x mrplr.com.

Both mrplr-ads are injected via after content placements. I guess that these ads are single ad units.

Is the Imtrainingsvideos ad part of the ad group that you mentioned and how do you inject this group? Do you use the group’s shortcode for the injection?

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Thank you for your reply,

The 2 bottom ones are single ads, they showed up as soon as I created them.

The top one or the first one of the 3 is the group ad. I added it to the post using the short code, and it is random. When I refresh the page it changes some times.

What I want to do is turn off the 2 bottom ads (individual ads), and show only the group ads. (in random order) I would like to create a set of about 7 to 10 ads to rotate in the group, but I need to know how to keep and ads from showing as soon as I create them.

    Again thank you,
    Rick

    Hi emarrufo,

    Thanks for your reply.

I need to know how to keep and ads from showing as soon as I create them.

I would consider whether it is not more useful to use a placement (e.g., after content) and assign a group to it. You could define in the group settings that, e.g., not only one but 3 ads from the group are delivered. By adding conditions to the ads from the group, you could target them to specific content or user groups.

To prevent that an ad you create is immediately visible, you could use the scheduling options. In this way, you can add this ad to a group, but it will be displayed only when the set start date is reached. In the same way, you can also depublish scheduled ads.

I hope that my reply can answer your question. If not, please, don’t hesitate to specify it.

    Best regards,
    Joachim

Thanks, I will try to make it work somehow. It’s not that high priority so I will try your suggestions later. Again thank you.
