Both SCF and ACF the ability to add Fields on Post Types?

I dont know what is going on between SCF and ACF but this plugin was working fine and I’m a late updater. But now on Woo Order pages I get drop downs with a mixed of fields which are not custom. The custom fields created via ACF dont appear but some do? The ability to create custom fields in the Woo Order page.
Testing the short code still is working for custom emails.
Moving on from this plugin unless it can be supported and solved.
