Both price not showing and other dropdown not added

If both prices are not showing and the dropdown is not being updated, the issue likely stems from the following areas:

1. The self::calculate_price method is not returning values correctly.
2. The iteration logic over rates or dates is not functioning.
3. The dropdown addition logic isn’t updating dynamically.
