• Hi both of my websites

    https://www.psycholocrazy.com and
    https://www.bournemouthguitarlessons.co.uk

    fail to load up properly yet they seem to work fine for anyone else.

    I have tried all of the usual stuff like deleting cache, trying different devices and browsers, system restore etc. This first happened a few days ago and lasted several hours before resolving itself. It has happened again today and it’s very frustrating.

    This is the most common error message;
    HTTP Error 504 (Gateway Timeout): The gateway or proxy server timed out while waiting for a response from an upstream server.

    Sometimes, it will load into wp-admin but they almost never load the actual front end webpage.

    A few days ago when it previously happened i spoke with tech support at dreamhost and they said they could access the sites fine and all my friends can too. So it’s just me.

    Is it my isp? That is the only common variable I can think of.

    For the record https://www.bournemouthguitarlessons.co.uk is a bit more reliable than https://www.psycholocrazy.com but not by much.

    Can anyone help?

    Hi, I stated above that I have tried on different devices and every single person who has attempted to access it has been able to, except for me. My statcounter shows that other people are continuing to access multiple pages as we speak. It really is only me this is affecting it seems.

    Note. I have just tried to access it through a hidemyass proxy and while I can get through to the website itself (v slowly) I cannot access wp-admin through it.

    OK, then ‘you’ should ‘Test on other devices on different ISP(s) and note results’

    I am currently unable to test on other devices an isp’s. I am using my phone as a router through T-mobile and that is my only current method of accessing the internet.

    Just asking, if it is an issue with my device (as you are alluding to the possibility of) the same issue wouldn’t simultaneously affect 2 laptops and a phone.

    Have you heard of this issue before, and if so what do you think it could be?
