both column and row control?

Does this plugin allow both column and row control at the same time? I’m trying to create a set of five images in which images A and B are aligned in row 1, and C and D are aligned in row 2. At the same time, A and C are two different widths, and therefore don’t form a column; same for B and D. Also, image E is double the height of the other images and spans both rows 1 and 2 to the right of the other images. Is this possible?
