BOTA theme Cant change all over font

Hi,
I have the Bota theme on my website and the default font color is gray and very small. You can barely see it and I want to make sure my readers are able to see the text easily. I have watched countless you tube videos and have seen many ways to do it on the forum but non has worked. I go to stylesheet and can’t find where it is that I can change the color and size of the font. I was able to do it with the 2011 theme it was easy, I would go to the stylesheet press control f to find the p or body and I would change the color and size of the font but for some reason I can’t figure out or find where to do this on the bota theme. Please help. Thank you in advance.
