Bot working but does not “register” subscribers

Hello,
I tried to setup the Bot function.
It works in the sense that it loads and goes through the whole questions.
But at the end I get the “Security Check” popup.
The only problem is that it does not “record” the email address:
the Stats says “You have 0 subscribers”.
I tried the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and it still does not work.

Any idea?
