Bot Verification happens I add products or any modification on Wp- admin pages

Hi
Whenever I tried to make changes like adding new products and saving products its shows bot verification and also while update or clicking settings in my wp admin pages.
And after bot verification the page refreshes to blog post of the admin side instead of saving the products which Im trying to add or update. for adding one product it takes more than 30 mins because of this ??

When I go back to the product I tried updating, it haven’t updated I have attached screenshot of the product updating page where it never update the price of the product I had been trying for the 3rd time

I tried disable the plugin and disable cache rules of the cloudflare and also reactivated the plugin and plurged cache but nothing works.
If I clicked one or links simultaneously,it throws 403 error.
So please kindly help I couldn’t figure out whats the issue. I did wrote all these cache rules and installed the plugin.previously this issue never happened.So It has something to do with the cache.So please kindly look into it.
