    Hi there,
Our bot stopped working for some reason a couple of weeks ago, and we haven’t been able to resolve it for our members. We redid all the settings and connected another bot, made sure the role is above the other ones, but for some reason it won’t work.

Could we provide our logs privately and get help from someone, please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    hi @orestto

    without providing personal data.
Do you have errors in the log file?
what are the numbers linked to errors?

Hi there! I downloaded the log and searched for “error” in the txt file. I found none. What could this mean, or should I look for something else?

    Thank you for your help.

Do you use firewall plugin ?

We do use Blogvault firewall plugin, and Cloudflare. And we are hosted on Kinsta.

If I were to turn off firewall, what would the next step be to see if it’s working correctly, and can I have the API run for all members so roles are updated?

    Yes check the firewall configuration

Hi. I’m sorry, say I turn the firewall off, and that was the problem. Is there a way to make the API run for all members and update their statuses or will it start doing so automatically?

You can request your members to log out/log in via “Connect Butoon” to restore their roles

Sorry, we are talking about hundreds of members. What if some of them don’t log out/log back in. Is there another way, like a purge and re-run that I can activate from the backend.

A lot of people have their accounts connected, so shouldn’t the information already be there and the plugin able to know if they should have access or not?
