Hi All. I have a serious question . I’ve been running Google ads on and off for testing purposes. I’ve only been getting 100% bounce rate. All users only show the first page being viewed. Even the time duration is absent . No matter how I improve my site this persists. I’ve found an interesting phenomenon, all ips regardless of where in the world they originated from all follow the same pattern, #.#.0.0. They always end in two 0s . Are these bots???? Couldn’t find any info online to identify bot traffic but this seems very fishy to me. Many of the spam traffic I’m getting nor from ads also follow this IP pattern.

also I’ve been countless traffic from randomly generated domains all endings with .xyz domain from literally every possible country. What is this stuff? How do I stop these? Their IP also ends in 0.0.

ive attached matomo report images from screen capture of countries that I am specifically targeting. Note for some reason matomo isn’t able to distinguish Google ads from organic search. They all just show as google as the source. Before you jump to conclusions say the weird traffic is from Google organic please note that I am not on organic and these are all from Google ads as I’ve double checked already because before opening the ads these countries do not generate traffic. They only showed traffic after the ads are opened.
