    I suggest something like the following CSS.

    .testimonialswidget_testimonial .testimonialswidget_testimonial_list q {
    border: solid thin red;
}

    Where abouts do i put that.

    I know nothing about CSS or wordpress!

    Also… how do change the fonts?

    You can put that CSS in your theme’s styles.css file.

    Changing of the fonts would be simliar CSS, but using the font or font-family property. Read more about CSS Font.
