Bootstrap v4 Support

Hi Martin,

I have been asked that a few times, but I haven’t currently planned anything related as I unfortunately don’t have the resources to work on that project. However, anyone is free to fork the plugin on GitHub to create their version compatible with v4 – it should not be too hard to change it appropriately.

If I do it myself at some point, it will definitely be when Bootstrap 4 is stable (not sure when they are gonna be ready).
