Bootstrap Themes and bbPress Compatibility

The following support requests for the WordPress Customizr Theme (based upon Bootstrap 2.3.2) seem to have continuing issues mostly concerning code:

Here’s my take on the issue using a different WordPress theme based upon Bootstrap 3 (I’m using Ward Pro):
