Bootstrap Slider – Titles lost formatting

  • Hi there,

    I’ve made no changes to my website recently, but just noticed that the titles on the bootstrap slider have changed from being a strip across the bottom of the image, to a block at the side of the image.

    Is this something that has been done on purpose within an update, or has something gone a bit strange in my code.

    The design of the bootstrap slider was changed by the author.

    Any idea why? It looked far better previously, and less of the slider image was obscured. Is there any way to revert to the former layout?

    The recent “update” has caused loads of problems, with needless font size changes, widgets no longer working, and so far I haven’t found any significant benefits. Why change something when it’s not broken?

    That’s a good question for the Theme Author.
    I am not the author and I don’t know why he made the change in design.

    You can download older versions of the theme and continue using it.

    Thanks for the suggestion Denzel. I have a copy of the previous version of the Evolve theme, so will delete the “updated” theme and re-install the old one.
