Bootstrap does not work in meta slider layers

Bootstrap does not work in meta slider layer but works on WordPress page. I am trying to add bootstrap icons and round images to the meta slider layer but icons do not appear and buttons lose their style. Is there something I need to know for using bootstrap with meta slider layers?
