Bootstrap class override

    Hello,
    Thank for your great plugin.
    I have identified a problem with the native “.hide” class of bootstrap and your plugin. That problem don’t displays the hide bar button. I fixed it and wanted to share with you.

    On csbwfs-class.php I renamed the class “hide” on line 398
    <div class="hide"> by <div class="hidebar">
    on lines 162, 166, 168, 176, 181
    I changed div.hide by div.hidebar.

    So that class is no longer in conflict with bootstrap class .hide.
