I debugged the issue on our multiple setups but couldn’t find any issue.

But I make a quick fix for you. Can you find the attached file and replace it with the given path?

Path: wp-content/plugins/booster-for-woocommerce/includes/shortcodes/class-wcj-orders-shortcodes.php

Can you please replace the above file and review whether the issue is fixed or not?

I am using the paid version of Booster – will the fix still apply?

The issue also happens on emails – the shortcodes are missing – if you send the same email a minute later it works; its like the email/pdf get sent before the shortcodes have generated the data. As they work shorty after.

Also we use object cache – has this been tested?

Not only me multiple people have raised shortcode issues

We have still the same problem as @inventis. It is it’s really annoying.

We use Booster Plus for WooCommerce.

Booster Plus for WooCommerce – as you can see its not just me who has this issue. I have had to use a different plugin for invoices as its been broke for months

Having the same issue here, it’s disconcerting that 4 months later this hasn’t been updated. Has a fix been provided?

if you are still experiencing this issue the following setting fixed the problem for me:
Booster > Plugins > Emails & Misc. > General > Shortcodes Options:
Enable “Booster’s order shortcodes display forcefully”
