Booster conflict with Shipping Calculation

    After installing Booster for Woocommerce we noticed that the shipping cost are no longer calculated and added to the total.

    We’ve got the premium version and have installed the following booster plugins:
    Booster for WooCommerce – Version 2.5.9-dev
    Booster Plus for Woocommerce – Version 1.0.6

    We’ve only enabled the “Prices and Currencies by Country” functionality and added the country switcher with the shortcode.
