    Hi,

Thanks to the maker(s) for this plugin. It’s beautiful.

I’m looking into tweaking some things and getting the most out of it. One thing I noticed is a bookmark icon. I’m not sure though if it comes from the plugin or that it may be from the theme I got. But I assume it is from the plugin. At the book cover and the synopsis I see a book cover icon. I would like to take it out and see how that would be like. I just can’t find it. Can’t even grap it with the web inspector. Any way someone can give a hint?

    Thanks,
    Jorg

    Hi Jorg,

If you’re unable to paste a link can you take a screenshot? I’m almost certain this would be coming from your theme but a screenshot would help me confirm. Or if you just try switching to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen that would also help you confirm. If the bookmark goes away that means it’s coming from your theme.

Why didn’t I think of trying that ??
You are right, it’s the theme. Swithing the theme proofed it.

    Thanks!

My guess is that your theme is adding that bookmark styling to <blockquote> tags, which Novelist uses for the synopsis. You’d have to add custom CSS code to override that. You could consider getting in touch with the theme creator if you need some help with that.
