form not visible when not logged in

    Hi,

    I have a question.

    Since recently the bookly form does not load anymore when not logged in. when logged in, it loads fine. When not logged in, it just remains in the loading state. I did not have this issue before, is this a known issue, or a changed setting I am overseeing?

    Hi,

    Please check if you don’t use caching on the server side or a caching plugin. If that’s the case, then please exclude from caching the pages where the booking form was added.

    Thanks, I figured it out, it was not cache, but some bad permission logic in another plugin.
