• I started using Bookly over 5 years ago to help a 1-woman salon manage bookings more efficiently. The platform has always provided excellent, efficient support turnaround and the product is ever expanding and improving with user feedback and suggestions a big factor in this. So I’m able to propose new features to my client on a regular basis. My client’s business is now advanced booking online only via Stripe so there is no admin or transactions to worry about in store. She is constantly fully booked at least three weeks in advance, primarily because Bookly makes the booking of appointments easy for the user, but also because she’s good at her job. She’s able to manage holidays off herself and refunds via stripe. Her business has become super efficient and Bookly has been a major contributor to this evolution.
