    Hello!

    See here – https://formidaweb.com/bookly/ – a fresh wordpress 5.6 install with default theme and NOTHING on it, and only one plugin activated – bookly (just the free plugin from wordpress repository).

    With bookly activated – site health gives this error – https://prnt.sc/wmvqb8

    Error – “Your site could not complete a loopback request

    Loopback requests are used to run scheduled events, and are also used by the built-in editors for themes and plugins to verify code stability.

    The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
    Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)”

    Are your devs aware that Bookly in NOT compatible with the latest version of wordpress?

    Also, this kind of php error is thrown (using also the recommended & latest PHP 7.4 on my server), probably related…

    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘Bookly\Lib\Updater’ not found in … public_html/wp-content/plugins/bookly-responsive-appointment-booking-tool/lib/base/Plugin.php:483

    Hope you will solve it & update the plugin ASAP. Thanks.

    Sure, I will, however it’s unclear to me you really want to help in solving this. Why is this thread marked as solved? Can you acknowledge this is a FREE plugin problem also?

    Sure. Sent it a couple of minutes ago. However I also have a pro version for a client which support has expired.

    So quite eager to find out if you refuse to help me in two places now. And if again your robots that you have as support guys REFUSE TO UNDERSTAND this is a FREE version plugin issue also…
