booklet showing as empty

  • I have installed plugin today and all settings are OK they report
    Can server convert Yes
    Ghostscript and Imagemegick both working
    Is upload direct writable Yes
    I have lifted the page limit

    I uploaded a PDF file and programme gave me a short code, however when I entered this onto the page and made it live it reported Booklet is empty or doesn’t exist.

    I went to all booklets and my booklet appears as present and correct with the same shortcode, I have cut and pasted this code into the page but still get the same result

    The error appears at https://eac.eu.com/standards-ethics/ptsac/
    Can anyone help please I am building this site for a charity and they want it ASAP, any help in the circumstances would be appreciated.
