    When I started using this plugin, everything worked well.

    But since November something seams to be wrong.

    I′ve set up an event with 6 available tickets. After buying a ticket for this event, the booking / attandee doesn′t show in booking section in backend. And when trying to buy another ticket, the event is still showing 6 available tickets.

    The customer pays for the ticket and gets the mail. But the booking is no where to be found in backend.

    Can you please help out?

    Ps: I′ve bought your plugin twice and I am using it on two different websites (own licence for each site). The other site has the exact same problem. Bookings are no where to be found in backend.

    We understand that this issue might be due to some local environment conflict. We tried replicating the problem under various test conditions but found the functionality to be operational on our end. To further assist you, we recommend deactivating any additional plugins and retesting the system.
