Bookings without a booked Place?

    Hi Guys,

    I am using Events Manager since a while and now I got a problem,
    that users can place bookings but there is no place taken?

    I don’t know how to describe it but you can see it here: https://germansimracing.de/events/forza-motorsport-6-audi-tts-coupe-cup-hockenheim-gp-lauf-1-von-10/

    There are 16 attendees but only 8 places taken? How can I avoid this?
    The users are only able to sign up for this event and there are no further options. So I don’t know, why some users are using a place and some not.

    Maybe there is an option to avoid this issue. Thank you so much in Advance and thanks for this nice plugin!

    Glad you’re enjoying the plugin.

    Do you have “Reserved unconfirmed spaces” or “Allow double bookings” set to Yes under Events > Settings > Bookings > General Options?

    No. The only option set to “yes” there, is that users can cancel their booking.

    Are all the 16 bookings showing as confirmed as booked in admin?

    Which payment gateways do you have activated?

    I do not use any payments gateways, cause the events are for free.
    Here a screenshot of the bookings, which shows “0” Places booked, but I dont know why.

    The bookings don′t need to be confirmed by an admin.
