    Pretty sure its 4.7.3 but not sure

    My bookings are here : https://rouge.ink/bookings

    and yet all of my bookings are showing as unavailable, except one on the 17th of March, and even then it doesnt show the two available time slots.

    Not sure what happened because I have changed nothing in the setings. Im freaking out a little!

    I’m sorry that this is not working on your site – I can see the issue on that page and also strange JS error in console (that is why clicking on the free slot is not working), that does not show on my site.

    Can you tell me what is version of Appointments+ on your site and what is PHP version?
    Could you for testing purposes switch to default WordPress theme and see if this will resolve issue with clicking in free slots?

    Also please check if dates in working hours and exceptional non-working days are correct for your service providers. Maybe there is some mismatch there and that is why non-working days are showing?

    Its definitely not the exceptions in the calendar for service providers… all of that looks normal.

    I think its version 4.7.3.

    I dont know how to find PHP version. Is there any way someone can call me? This is somewhat of an emergency and I feel blind here as all of this is a very foreign language to me. (1-778-686-1333) I’d appreciate being walked through the steps.

    I also dont want to switch themes because I dont know how and dont want to mess any thing up on the site?

    Hello @rsatya, hope you’re doing well!

    I’ve visited your site and the schedule is visible from my end, please see this screenshot. Though I can see that the time slots are not appearing.

    I also dont want to switch themes because I dont know how and dont want to mess any thing up on the site?

    Themes can be changeed from your dashboard. Navigate to Appearance > Themes and activate Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen theme, this change shouldn’t affect your current theme settings

    Once you switch the theme, visit bookings page and see if you can book an appointment.

    After this test, switch back to a current theme you’re using.

    I have enabled access, is there any way you can go into the backend?
