Bookings are staying as pending

Hi,

We have a site that was working fine with event organiser and bookings up until yesterday (7/1), when bookings that are confirmed as paid in PayPal stayed set as Pending in the WordPress back end. Nothing changed on our end that we’re aware of, and they were seeing bookings switch to Confirmed after PayPal payment as recently as 6/30. We’re currently running version 2.13.2 of event organiser and version 1.10.2 of event organiser pro.

Unfortunately, we can’t switch into debug mode as this site is live and taking bookings for events that are happening this week. Any help you could provide would be appreciated.
