@zeljkoskipic how did you end up handling this ? I have the same issue.

Well, I could not find existing solution, so I(and friend) created custom solution and conected it with Ultimate Member.
Its on https://www.bef-consalting.com/ website, but you cant see live version because it requires registration, but its not free registration. I can send you the files but its really minimal amount of work that was required for the job, so you would have to code everything that is not existing in our version, and our version only contains 3 dates and 5 times for meeting.

We don’t have any developers on our team so we would need to outsource the build anyways. If interested I can send you the features requirement.
