Booking/Buddypress plugin

Hello,

I want to make a platform where people can put their holiday accommodations on. So if you have an house you would like to rent, you can login on my website, upload some photos, a piece of text and the price, and publish it. It should be a user friendly system. I was thinking about Buddypress but I never worked with it before.

Then the website customer has an overview of all the houses in a certain area.

Is there some kind of plugin for this? Or is it better to design it myself.
