Booking with registration – user role

  • Hi,
    when I allow user registration the new user is an adminstrator and has full controll over the backend. How can I change the user role so that the only capabilities the user has is to view and edit his bookings?

    If all users that have booked an event are administrators the registration is useless. I don’t want to have clients that have booked an event in my WordPress backend.

    What can I do do change this?

    ASAP be sure that: WordPress Dashboard>Settings>General Settings>New User Default Role …is set to “Subscriber” or at least anything but “Admin”.

    Then also take a look at: WordPress Dashboard>Events>Settings>General>User Capabilities …for Events Manager specific fine tuning.
