• A friend asked me to look after his website. He’s using Events Manager Pro so his customers can book courses on his site.

    Problem is: The forms stopped working at some point last year. Once someone hits the booking button nothing happens. Either a spinning wheel loads forever or it just loads shortly and goes back to normal. Either way no request and no email comes through.

    I’m guessing the problem are his email settings. If I do the testing, again the button says “checking” but nothing happens. No error and no email coming through. Changing to plain text emails is not helping. And he said his email settings didn’t change recently.

    Any help appreciated.

    Since the customer is already using EM Pro, I would suggest sending a request to our Pro Website Forum as the customer is using Events Manager Pro and currently WordPress Admin doesn’t allow the Support for any Pro related concerns.

    thanks for getting back. Unfortunately he doesn’t have to credentials due to some third party setting up the website. And without them I can’t login to the Pro forum. Is it possible to get help here?
